I am passionate about selling cars and good customer service! I have been selling cars now for over 16 years in total and have been here at Gerdes Northend Auto for 6 years, and specialize in new car deliveries(especially technology) and marketing...My prior selling experiences were at: (5 years at Kriegers, 4 years at Clinton Auto Group, 3.5 years at Brad Deery's in Maquoketa, and 1 year at Warthan Brothers formerly Burnett Thiel's when I was hired and cherish all of my car customers and co-workers that I have met and the different learning experiences and training I have received made at each and everyone of them that have made me the person that I am today... I have 500 plus hours in product knowledge testing and am a certified specialist in: (Ford, Chevrolet, Buick, Nissan, Chrysler, Dodge, Cadiliac, GMC, JEEP, & RAM) my Top Ten Brands, received saleswoman of the year award in Chevrolet Excellence for Top Performer when I was at Kriegers and was honored for my Exceptional Product Knowledge for the Chevrolet Brand receiving a 10k Bonus Award my 1st year in Chevrolet New Sales, and was one of five sales people in the state of Iowa to be featured in Chevrolet's Top Performers Magazine and was one of 10 to receive an award for Chrysler's Fire Phone and have trained on Much More other Brands...I came to Gerdes Northend Auto because i wanted a more family, friendly environment and Paul and (his deceased father Gary Gerdes) have a Great Reputation are well known for how to take care of you as a customer and our a pillar of Clinton Counties Small Business Community which I am currently an Ambassador for Grow Clinton and was formerly the member director of Cobra(Clinton's Organized Bar and Restaurant Association) this is my home town and it was an important part to me of my "why" stay in Clinton, Iowa and its because I wanted to contribute my skills in the Car Business and teach our younger kids on how to buy a vehicle properly and to making our community a better place to live in.. Another Reason I wanted to work at Gerdes Northend Auto because they take such pride in what they do and is also why they get so much repeat business! His father Gary worked with my uncle Steve Taplin(specialized in taking care of our farmers) who worked together at Billions Auto or Formerly McCleney Motors here in Clinton County for over 25 years and truly pride themselves with a Great Car Buying Experience where it is fast, friendly, gives you way better trade in values than any other place I have worked at and if you haven't tried it yet, You definitely need to because this is how car buying should be everywhere!
